BIO Cleaning of Bores with TDR rigs

SCREENJET removes growth that accumulates inside casings which have resulted in blockages. When removed, camera inspections/surveys and follow-up bore remedial treatment can continue.

With the Screen Jet method in conjunction with BORESAVER ULTRA C organic chemicals from AQUA BIOTICS, the casing, screens and surrounding formations are cleared simultaneously. Then the loosened debris is removed from the bore.

1. The casing is brushed and surged using our patented TDR 150,300 or 500 Hydraulic Workover Rigs this removes encrustations and bacterial growth from casing walls/screens and out into the formation.
2. All loosened debris is removed from bottom of the bore.
3. With the debris removed a stainless steel submersible displacement pump can be emplaced into the bore and remove further fines and loosened debris, pumping bore until bore water becomes clean.
4. Further inspections are carried out with our VIDEOLOG cameras and
   records kept on DVD
5. Should the camera indicate that further cleaning is required the process is repeated
